About Sarah

Sarah Philomena leads the strategic and conceptual phase at Mason Space.

Before her work as founder and entrepreneur — leading VSLB and now Mason Space — her foundation was in professional dance. Through movement, she developed a deep sensitivity to rhythm, spatial awareness, and the way emotion registers in the body before it becomes visible.

This embodied understanding shapes her work today: emotion must be defined before it becomes form.

As co-founder of VSLB, she led international client relationships and strategic direction for global brands including LG Group, Samsung, Genesis Worldwide, Flexform, Flos, and Ralph & Russo — bridging architectural thinking, CGI production, and brand communication with operational clarity.

At Mason Space, she now anchors the early conceptual phase, guiding the Emotional Clarity Session and ensuring that emotional intent informs architecture, spatial systems, and experience design before execution begins.
